I've lived here for over a year and it's not too bad. The ants are a big problem so I'm glad to hear that it's not only at my place. My air conditioner did break down twice and ran my bill up but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's fixed for good now. The grounds are pretty and well kept. They should close the gates on the weekends but at least the gates work most of the time. I haven't had to speak to the leasing agents much and I like the gym and pool. It's okay, but I'm mad that when I renewed my lease they increased my rent! It's like I'm being penalized for being a loyal customer! I will not be renewing again unless they decrease my rent.
