The TRUTH about Timber Trace

I have read the comments and I can say some of the comments are the truth, while others are lies. O.k. I have been living in Timber Trace for 1 year and I have to say that their are a nice and quiet community. They are old, but what can you except several people have leaved in the community, but they are kept up. It's not like you are buying a house! They are very spacious, especially the two bedrooms. Whenever I have any problems I call the rent office and I receive immediate response. If I see trash around my unit I call and I can say by the end of the day, someone is picking it up.If I see strange activity or if someone in my area is making noise I call, and I get a rapid response. Come on you have to call in order to get something done. I feel if I am going to leave here I am going to make SURE it is CLEAN, QUIET, and LIVABLE. That's the truth.
