I have been living in Timber Trace for going on 2 years now. It started out ok--pretty good actually. The apartments and grounds were nicely kept. My neighbors were nice and it was relatively quiet. My only problem was that the security gate rarely worked. In the past 8-10 months all hell has broken loose!! They must be letting anybody with a pulse move into this place! It's loud with kids screaming and playing. Not to mention the so called adults yelling and cursing each other out both in their apts and outdoors. And the CRIMINAL ACTIVITY....let's see we have had storage units broken into, peeping toms, car thefts, people being robbed at gunpoint by folks knocking on the door claiming to be maintenance and 3 carjackings (at gunpoint) that I am aware of--2 of them occuring in the last week. And after all this crime do you think the gates are closed' NO!!!!Everyone that lived in my building when I moved in has left and I will be next even if I have to break my lease to do it.

Bottome line--if you have been thinking of moving to Timber Trace please for your own sake think again!!
