I moved in because I was burned out of my old apartment. The community is supposed to be gated but the gate is never in use. Al,lowing other to come in as the please. I had $600 worth of tools stolen from my vehicle. Maintenance was quick but the management.....there are NO words! I can say, unprofessional (ghetto), slack, and they have VERY low office skill. The lose your rent check and ask you to pay again. IF they find it they will credit your acct!'!'! Trying to get the deposit back was a nightmare that lasted over 6 months. They do not follow state law or procedure. YOU MUST watch them very closely and follow state procedure to the letter! You ask for the deposit and they will mail you a bill stating the apartment was "trashed." Just cause you asked for the money back. Coporate offices are not any help. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from the stress...go somewhere else.
