RUN!!! CRIME CERTAINLY DOES PAY IN THIS COMMUNITY

I moved here in June of 2005. It is now Jan 2005, and my car has been broken into twice. Almost every other week, I receive a notice that someone has been robbed, shot, raped, or their property (apt or vehicle) has been broken into. Not a safe community ... especially for females
