Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I lived there for a year 2000-2001. I left my apartment clean. They claimed I had trashed the place..destroyed the apartment...etc. Then had the nerve to send me an 800.00 BILL DEMANDING IMMEDIATE PAYMENT and notifying me that they were holding my deposit
Management was pissed because I called Fogelman to complain that hey had lost my rent check twice...utility pymt 3x..and lost my notice to vacate!! I wasn't dumb..I took pics BEFORE I left and got receipt for gate cards and keys. They fouled up in doing the final inspection and after a little research... I ended up with 3x the amount of my deposit!!!! CRIME was going on there while I was there and YES my car got broken into as well. OBVIOUSLY...they haven't done a thing about it yet.
