I moved in Timber Trace on 5/10/06 and I must say after 4 Months, I am ready to move. Because all the trees and water nearby, I expected huge bugs to be outside I never thought I would have to run from them inside as well. I have a very clean 1 Bedroom apartment and I have spiders, ants and termites. The termite problem is so bad they started eating the wood trimming to the hallway. I called Leasing and yes they sent someone out to treat the problem, but they are back again. The water bugs are huge and the ants are hard to get rid of. I am ready to move now. I heard shooting about 3 weeks ago and I am scared. The gate has only worked for 5 days that I have been there. Sorry its just ghetto. I pay 665.00 for a one bedroom and I think that is too much because I am not safe. I use to stay in apartments right in Midtown with homeless people outside and nearby the shelter paying double this amount but atleast I new that my life wasnt in Jeoprady. I am glad to know that I am not the only one who feels unsafe, I was starting to think I was suffering from extreme paranoia. So if you are ghetto and hood then this is your spot, but if you are a law abiding citizen who doesnt like crime, look again. Pray for our safety and other residents of Timber Trace. Atleast its not as bad as Eastlake Meadows (little Vietnam) back in the early 80's. God Bless

I agree the property is ran down. The office manager is very rude when you file a compliant with the front office. A women has been raped recently and there has been several car break ins. You would think That Folgelman propery would do something about there reputation.
