I moved into the complex in August 2006 due to job relocation, I had to make a decision pretty quick. I opened the door of my apartment to find it filty and not inspected from the previous dweller. The business manager accused me of declined credit card, when they NEVER ran deposit payment at all, then demanded that I bring them a money order. My heat didn't work-discovered this on one of the coldest nights of the fall. No one seems to care about the maintenance of the apartment or the appliances. Nor do they care about the safety of single female renters. Please heed my warning DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT LEASING IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU. Cheep isn't always that great. I've experienced 2 domestic disturbances, 1 shooting in the complex and countless calls to the business office regarding apartment issues that go unanswered or addressed by the property manager. Speaking of the property manager - she's a young kid way over her head. She has no clue as to how to properly manage a staff, aparmtent complex or her tenants. AGAIN - RUN AWAY QUICK - DO NOT EVEN ENTERTAIN THE THOUGHT OF LEASING AT THIS COMPLEX. This is one of the WOREST mistakes that I've ever made in my life. I've broken my lease and have since purchased a single family home. The only good part about moving into Timber Trace is the nice Lifestyle Coordinator, Miss Linda and the U.S. Postal Service Mailman.

Folks - Listen to this former tenant - run don't walk away and don't look back. It's the ghetto fabulous Timber Trace Apartments.

i agree with the last statement the only thing good about this complex id the postal man, Ms linda bless her heart and the well thats about it
