My wife and I almost moved here in February 2007 and I'm so glad we didn't. The staff member who showed us the complex and apartment unit we were to move into, canceled our appointment to sign the lease. After rescheduling the appointment for the following week she did not show up and none of the other staff members would sign for my wife and I to move in. Upon calling her directly on her cell phone, she of course had an excuse for not being there and we yet again rescheduled the lease signing. She then told the leasing manager it was our fault we had not moved in and was going to charge us a full months rent on top of all the deposits we had already paid for not moving in on the original move-in date. Yet again she did not show for our appointment. Long story short, since this all took about a month. My wife and I sat with leasing manager and she plainly saw where her staff member had been giving us the run around. Of course by this time my wife and I were not interested in continuing the move-in processes because if service was this bad trying to get in I can only imagine what it would be like if we actually lived there. The leasing manager was understanding and canceled the move-in package and gave us written conformation that all our deposits would be refunded. To this day I have not received my refunds. I would tell anyone considering these apartments that "LOOKS ARE DECIEVING" especially a Timber Trace Apartment.

Really? Wow. I am so surprised this happened to you. I never seen any unprofessionalism by the staff. Although I do see new faces every now and again. The woman that signed our lease was extremly professional and just a joy to deal with. I guess everyone has their own experiences and I appreciate you sharing. It's nice to hear from other tenants. I been here a year and love it! But that's my own individual personal experience.
