I'm a current resident and I wrote a review in August out of frustration about my appliance repair.I must say that Timber Trace does care about there tenants and the community. Timber Trace is not a terrible place to live. People and there habits change nice communities. The staff at Timber Trace tries very hard to secure our community, and provide excellence in service.The landscape is keep up very well and they have hired more help to accomadate the tenants repairs in a more efficient way. Thanks to the Timber Trace staff for your untiring efforts to provide us with a great place to live. And too the visitors or guest entering please STOP Breaking the wooden arm at the gate entrance,, that's costly!!!

I appreciate you admitting that. Because I'm realizing that some many viewers are misled by disgruntled tenants when in reality timber trace is a nice place to live. i honestly would be the first one to say is they werent. I have been here a year and they have been nothing but good to my family. I appreciate them. I remember one time we forgot to pay rent because we were on vacation and they were so understanding that they waived our late fees. I thought that was very nice of them and I appreciated that.
