I actually like the size of my two bedroom. They are large in size. This is my second year with Timber Trace.I'm ------- Amercian and so are the majority of the occupants. Folgelman is the property owner but I'm not sure how much they care about the residents or the employees. There seems to be a big turn over at times.
During restaffing times maintenance request get backed up and there are long waits.
There's a very nice and helpful person answering the phones know though.That helps.
The dumpter are empty regularly and the grounds are maintained the majority of the times. Timber Trace keeps you aware of crime in the area and in the commuinty. A neighbor hood watch is in effect. My unit is not cable ready and I have terrible precept. I've been waiting for three weeks for Timber Trace to make the unit cable ready so I can get cable.

Ok, I am seeing that there are more good things being posted about this place. I am supposed to be signing a lease soon and I hope it lives up to what I've seen so far. I am a single female and safety is a concern, but I am not worried about it because I am trained kickboxer and I know how to handle myself with a gun (licensed to carry mind you, so heathans, don't get any stupid ideas...), plus I have a dog that bites...LOL. So I am sure I will be fine. But from what I have seen, the office help are mostly friendly, the grounds are pretty and it seems quiet. I move in in 2 weeks, so I will keep you all posted if things change drastically and if I am going to be among the ones to be breaking my lease early and moving elsewhere, but I sure hope not. It has everything I want...for now....^_^
