I was there for a year and two of our cars were stolen two days in a row.
I've seen people chasing each other at night. Apartment management was not willing to inform the residents of this incidents.

I understand what you mean SabriaB2b...but there is far more bad stuff being said about this rental community than good. I do not like that ratio and it makes me a bit uneasy. Perhaps you are in the higher percentile that has NOT had anything happen to you (burglary, theft etc...) but obviously there are some that have had something happen. I am inclined to believe them because there are so many and I doubt that all of them are just disgruntled tennants that just think their water bill is too high, feel me...? I have seen your name quite a lot on the comments that are bad and you are always trying to convince someone to stay or to keep on with the idea of renting in spite of the horrible things being said. It would not surprise me if some of those that work in the office are trying to offset the the real things that happen there. I appreciate your comment, but I think I will go elsewhere, I value my things too much to possibly have them stolen 2 weeks into be getting there and signing a lease for a year....nah, I will pass.

THAT IS HORRIBLE!!!!! I do not think I am going to consider a lease at this place...I was, but now I think I will cancel my appointment. Hell, they can have deposit I put down...sounds to me like that is 150.00 bucks well spent not to have to deal with drama like this. TIMBER TRACE...YOU NEED TO CLEAN YOUR ACT UP AND GET SOME REAL SECURITY AND NOT SOME FAKE A$$ RENT A COPS. If you know that there are car thefts and people getting robbed, do something about it! I saw the community and it is actually quite beautiful....but it seems that ugly spirited people are damming this place. Good luck to all those who consider this place as a new home. This Jerzy girl will take her dog, gun and belongings and look for another roost!

LOL. I live here and have a brand new 2007 car. It has nevere been tampered with. I also keep my expensive radar detector and GPS system in plain view. My things have never been tampered with nor stolen! In fact all my neighbors have beautiful cars and they are family people. No one has stolen anyone's car and I have lived here a year. So becareful who you listen too most people that post those comments are the ghettos horrible ppl themselves. Thats just my honest opinion. I think you may miss out on this place and by the way Im from Jersey also.

i live here. Been living here 3 weeks. I just heard gunshots outside for the second time..and my neighbor is completely ghetto. I wish I hadnt signed the lease, but I was desperate. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
