I USUALLY READ THESE REVIEWS AND SAY WHATEVER, BUT I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THESE APARTMENTS SUCK. THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND GHETTO; THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING AND THE TRASH IS EVERYWHERE!! I MOVED IN, MY MAILBOX WAS BROKEN, NEVER BEEN FIXED; THE GATED COMMUNITY IS A LIE; I COMPLAINED THE GATE WAS FIXED FOR A WEEK AND IT NEVER WAS LOCKED AGAIN. WHEN I WOULD COME HOME THERE WOULD BE PEOPLE SITTING ON TOP OF THE GATE BOX LETTING PEOPLE IN!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GHETTO ASS APARTMENT COMPLEX! I AM BREAKING MY LEASE!! P.S. SOMEONE GOT ROBBED ON A WEDNESDAY AND WE WERE NOTIFIED THAT FRIDAY NIGHT ABOUT IT!! NO SECURITY AND THE GATE DOES NOT SURROUND THE APARTMENT COMPLEX.

See, that is what I mean. I was really considering moving here and this just takes it for me. It looks like such a nice place and so clean. I took a tour and it was nice and I was almost ready to sign that day but said I needed some time to think about it. I am glad I did! Man, for such a beautiful place, you would think they would have thier stuff together. Nah, I think I might look for something further out, it will probably cost me more but I think it might be worth it. It is sad, that place had potential. Now watch, Sabriab2b or whatever her name is will have something GREAT to say about this place....man, you best look around you before you become the next victim! And as far as the current resident is concerned....move out if that is what you need to do! Your safety is paramount as well as your belongings! Thanks for the review, you might have just saved a life!

I was forwarded this website and I'm sorry to tell you this stuff is not all true. These apartments are actually very nice and the staff is personable. I have lived in Lithonia, Decatur and Dunwoody and it's no different. Why would that girl move in if they were so ghetto. She's probably getting kicked out. I have yet to find a perfect community, and this is where I decided to move. They have way more good than bad over here. If you know somewhere with no problems and police at every door then please respond. Hell some places don't even tell you when things happen! Try it for yourself before you let a bitter stranger talk you out of a good apartment.

Sounds like Sabriab2b to me...Just because you put yourself as anonymous, does not mean the way you write does not give you away...LOL. That is really funny. Seems to me like this community has more problems than perks. Forget that, I will look for something else.
