Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
I've been here almost 3 years now, and it hasn't been the best experience. My main problem is with getting work done on time. The dish washer has been leaking from day 1, and hasn't been replaced. At least 4 water leaks have occurred since I've been here. Weatherguard around doors and windows are no good, and they don't replace them. just on the front door, but you can still see light through the door edge at night.

When I just moved in, there was cobweb and the floor was dusty. Only improvement since I been here is with parking.
