I don't see what everyone is complaining about! I have only been living here a month & since I have been here I only had 2 complaints: My air conditoner was stolen before I moved in {Replaced with a new one} & the leasing agent told me my compressor went out & my gas card, that took a whole month for me to get! I haven't seen my neighbors yet, I don't know what side everyone who had something negative to say about these apartments lives but on my side it is VERY quite! Wherever you live you are going to have problems because it being so many IGNORANT people around. Most people are just plain rude & wasn't taught anything. If you mind your business & help out when it is needed you will be alright, but it is too many noisy people for the wrong reasons. Some people have bad experiences, but you shouldn't base YOUR decisions on what other people say, be your own person & take a chance. People WILL ALWAYS have something NEGATIVE to say, remember this is ALL temporary we all have a PERMANENT home in HEAVEN & that will be PERFECT! GOD 1st! Amen...

Amen! That might be true about 3 months from now, but I don't think negative anymore..... It is what it is! Thanks for the bible quote.

You haven't lived there longer enough to really know what's up. Send another report in 3 months and we'll see if you change for tune. Also, read Psalms 37:10,11 & 29

Thank you all for to wonderful inspiration. But I have to speak and tell the truth. There are negatives and positive points about this community. For one the crime has went up tremendously. A few months ago a young women was dragged out of her apartment and raped. To be honest that is enough for me besides the car brake ins and the random shootings late at night with the body laying waiting for the funeral home too pick it up. Yes indeed no place is one hundred percent safe but what does make a difference is how the community responses to the situation and taking a effort to help decrease the crime. (also meaning the property management) Instead of adding a new club house, Fence the community and add a working gate, more patrol officers, and more security(that is an example on how you turn a negative into a positive, Prayer without works will not help God Help you). Positive points maintenance responds very quickly, My condo never had a bug problem and the police responded very timely when I caught a young thug breaking into someone's car. Keep praying people and sitting back watching the community make a turn for what's too come. Believe me I will not be here to witness it.
