I will be the first to admit Timber Trace is a little hood. nce or twice I heard gun shots and there was one robbery while I was there. I lived on the top floor. I never heard my neighbors. I usually was able to get parking in front of my door. I did not have any pest problems. This is the best rent for two bedrooms and two full bath. The gate was always broken but it is better that way because it was only one lane and the line would be backed up down the roasd if a visitor was trying to call in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and the fitness center were well kept. I never had any problems I would move back if I had not goten a job so far away. They were also willing to let mr renew my lease for the same price. GREAT BUY!!

timber trace looked alright but the maintanence guys never really fix much ...,and dont ever be lateon rrent because things never add up or make since
