Timber Trace Maintenance is HORRIBLE!!!

My apartment has a leak around the water heater, and I called the office about it. The maintenance never came out. I left messages, and my fiance also called. Due to the leakage, we have mildew forming behind our bedroom door. We both have called the office plenty of times. After about a week, maintenance came out and cut the mildew off the wall, and left a whole in the room! WTF'!'!

Mildew is still all inside the whole with cobwebs! I called the office and they said that the maintenance will be out to fix it last weekend, and it's still not done. The worst part is that I am allergic to mildew, and my fiance is pregnant! She can't be around that! I wouldn't refer ANYONE to Timber Trace Apartments! They are unprofessional, and they are slow when it comes to getting something fixed!
