I was a little skeptical about moving here because of the reviews but I stayed there(in timber trace) wher I was younger so I went on ahead and decided to move there anyways...Elon was my leasing agent and she did a good job tricking me.. I was set to move in unit 4582 in 8/26/09 but the day of the move in elon said that the apartment wasnt ready so she offered us another unit- (the one I stay in now) so we moved in and everything was cool- for the first couple days that is.. It was raining every day for a week after we moved in and then I started to notice a musty earthy odor.. so I told my fiance and he said he too had searched the apt but didnt see anything.. then about two weeks later I was redecorating my one year old daughters room and when I moved her dresser I seen mold growing on the wall.. I then notified the leasing office (carroll to be exact) and she said someone will be out there that day... three days pass and no sign of a worker. so I called the office and carroll said that someone was comin.. finally the next day (thursday) someone came and cut the mold out the wall but didnt treat it. so after calling for a week straight(again) carroll sent a maintenence worker out to spray bleach on my wall (thats what they call treatment) and then about 3 days later someone came to put in the sheet rock. When I came home and seen the new sheet rock put in I notified the office that they did not properly treat the wall and they basically brushed me off so about a week later (this week) My fiance noticed mold growing again and this time it had spread from the first time and now its literally EVERYWHERE!!!!!! I am now in the process of breaking my lease and getting the hell outta here!!!! btw the outside lights are broken and they still havent replaced them so its so dark when I try to go down the steps to my apt.

I agree, have been here since Feb 08 and my ceiling leaks, bathroom has mold, outside has been broke since day one and mold is in my vents causing my asthma/bronchitis and my son has a itchy rash from it also. We have constantly and consistently keep on reporting it. They have a new management supposedly that i have never heard of and was not made aware of it. I am so upset. I am in the process of moving from this hell hole.
