I have been living in these apartments since February 2001. My lease ends February 2003, I will not be renewing my lease and I do not suggest anyone to live in these apartments. At first the apartments were quiet and well maintained but then management started to change, and with every change came a problem. It was time to renew my lease with one of the new managers and he said that he didn?t believe in haveing leases typed up, he stated he rather have the leases hand written. The so called gated community is never gated. The automated gate never works it is always open. We have had two shootings, two robberies and several cars broken into. Maybe if the gate was closed, that would keep down some of the unwanted traffic. The trash bin is always overfilled and trash is always in the parking lots and hallways. when you request maintenance in your apartment on Monday, don?t expect to see a maintenance worker until at least two weeks later, then when they do come they have an excuse on why they can not fix the problem at that time. The after hours emergency maintenance is a JOKE. When you have the answering service to page the on-call personell, it will be at least an hour before you hear from the person. Then after that you don?t see them for another two hours. The bookeeper can?t keep books to save her life, I have received three notices from her on three seperate occasions stating that I owed $17.97, $25.00, and $51.73. I called her on all seperate occasions and she stated that it was an error on her part and that she had ment to send it to a different resident. I repeatedly called for three weeks about having some beer bottles and other trash taken from in front of my apartment in the bushes and they still didn?t show up, I had to wind up moving the trash myself. On a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being the best I would rate the apartment negative 500.

DON?T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!
