I have lived here for a year. My lease is coming up for renewal, and I willnot be renewing it. The maintenance sucks, the trash compactor is repulsive, the hoodlums are always out and about at 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning. A couple of months ago there was triple homicide in one of the buildings where someone came in someone's home and killed two men execution style and ran down the other one in Laketree and shot him in the head. These apartments are nothing compared to what they used to be. Stay away stay far away.
