For starter I left in August 03 and if is Basically November 03 and I yet to receive my deposit. It took them two month to fix my AC and Ice maker, they never fixed my diswasher, and the hallway light for get about it. The only reason they fixed the aAC and Icemaker is i threathen to with hold my rent and deduct 15% if the service was not done prior to the fifth of the month. I put the in writing had it notorized and gave it to them and the repair man was waiting at my door before I could get home.

It horrible for a place that tell you to come back and get a copy of your lease then when you come back they cant find it.

Bottom line dont go there, if you are there leave.
