Unbelievable!!!

When I first moved in a year and a half ago too long, there was a different staff with one leasing specialist that was great! The current staff is awful! I think it must be a requirement for all leasing personnel to be totally oblivious as to what is going on throughout the property. My bathroom ceiling has just about collasped. I put this work order in several months ago and after having my showerhead come completely out of the wall and not being able to take a shower for 3 days, someone finally showed up to fix it. Of course now, they see all of the other damage in the bathroom and need to act fast. They have been coming in and out of my apartment like they live there. Mind you, they have done nothing but replace the showerhead and came back the following day to cover the huge gaping hole in the wall. A week later and a half later, they come back to make notation of what they need to do. Only this time, they leave my lights on and leave no idication of them being in my apartment. I called to complain, but to no avale...the leasing manager was of no help. She sounded as if she didn't even care. Thank God I am finally getting out of this place. I could go on and on, but you get the idea.
