Unbelievable!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
These apartments are a big joke. I lived here for about 3 1/2 years. At first yes everything including the leasing office staff was cool. Very friendly. About my second year there, things was getting out of hand. First in Jan. 2003 (if anyone remember) there was some murders that occured. Well that was downstairs from me. The following morning, blood was all over the front steps and sidewalk. There was no way for us to get down the stairs without walking through this. So we had to go around the back to come around the front to get to the cars. I called the office from work (10am) to have someone spray and clean the blood away by the time I get home(6pm). Once I got home the blood was still there. My neighbor who does pressure washing for a living came home pulled out his equipment and cleaned it himself. NO THANK YOU'S FROM THE OFFICE STAFF AT ALL!!!!!
The company they had for the water was extremely ridiculous! I swear I got a bill in the mail at least twice a month. I had a one bedroom apartment. Just me and 2 small childen. I swear my water bill was at least 65.00 a month which in my eyes was crazy. We are not home half the day. I just had to leave and get the hell out of there. They returned my rent Jan.04 for me not paying my entire water bill balance. I was due to renew in Feb.04. Feb.1,2005 notice was given and I was out of there.
Six months later I get a letter in the mail from a collection agency stating that I still owed $35.00 in unpaid rent, $1000.00 for unpaid water. After contacting the office about this they claimed that they tried to contact me before sending to collections. What B.S! Of course I was not looking for my deposit back. I told they to keep it, I'M OUT!!!!
