This has to be the worst apartment complex i have ever lived in. I have only been here since May of 05 and here it is the first day of Sept and I am miserable. Its really horrible..its loud, noisy, the maintenance is HORRIBLE...they have more breakins than a little bit..WE GOT A LETTER just yesterday saying that there were 3breakins last week. and Not to mention the breakins that they dont talk about. They have had a sexual assault nut case out running around in the area. Even my neighbor had a peepin tom lookin thru her window and he pulled his pants down ...the police were called.. NOt to mention the thugs that walk their dogs without leashes (pits and rocks) thinkin that they arent gonna harm anyone..WHAT !THen they pop fireworks all night JUST NOISE 24/7 I tried to break my lease by saying i was unhappy with the maintenance and the loud music and just the breakins..becuz i pay too much i think to be surrounded by all that and to be unhappy with the properties performance....and they will not let me out of my lease..CRAP..i even called the MAIN office. I am not gonna give up though..i will keep trying. THEN how about i was w/out HOT WATER for a WHOLE FREAKIN WEEK PEOPLE>.do u know that my pilot wouldnt stay lit and i called the maintenance (and to me that situation should have been 1st priority ) thats NOT A MINOR situation..not to mention i have a newborn w/NO hot water..even if i didnt what kinda living conditions is that '''' so they said OH we will just take 100 off your rent..It should be more becuz i had to stay with my sister for that entire time..NO REALLY it shoulda been dayummmm fixed. I am really pissed just thinkin about it..PLEASe if u have a OUNCE of class this is not the place to be. I moved from Duluth to this area and it was BIG mistake..i moved from The CLEAVERS to the EVANS..can u say GHETTO!
