I moved from a 4 bedroom house and hardly had to store anything. The staff was great and so was maintenance. The apartments aren't brand new but I didn't expect that when I moved in. I could have moved into a brand new complex somewhere and would have had to store almost all my belongings. Reading these reviews is trash. You people move into a complex that is 30 years old, has the most reasonable rates around for what you get, tear the place up and expect to be treated like kings and queens. Get a grip. It's Stone Mountain, it's old but it is still great.

You must enjoy living with moldy showers and dirty vinyl floors. No,I do not expect queen treatment. I expect what I ask for. Before a lease is even signed, Paula (the leasing agent) gives the future resident a card that asks what you want your apartment to look like. Clean floors, showers, windows, working garbage disposals, peaceful environment(not a bunch of boom boom music from the ignorant neighbors), and 24 hours notice before maintenance enter your apartment doesn't take a miracle to do. So you continue to settle for anything. As for me and my household, and as long as I am paying the rent on time everytime, I want what I ask for.
