I sued the village or put a claim against their insurance for the bathroom ceiling falling on my head and they in return stuck a whole bunch of money on my credit. they said I owed them 3months rent. bogus stuff. It is so hard to fight against them cause I had a co signer so they messed up both of our credit. I am dissabled and have to pay them 2500.00 dollars that I do not owe. They do not even let you owe 3 months rent. The village should be shut down they are the worse run apts. in the city. They have mold growing rapid all over the place. mold makes adults and children sick and sometimesww shows no signs. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. THERE ARE KILLINGS OUT THERE.
