I have mold spewing from my ceiling (in my restroom) and it has taken over a month for them to do anything about it. When I say do something about it, I mean for them to rip out my ceiling and leave the insulation and plumbing exposed. It has been an absolute nightmare out here. We have been burglarized (through the front window) and my girlfriend's car has been stolen. The burglary happened a month ago and they still have not replaced my torn and ripped blinds. Then to top it off they don't answer the phones, they leave you on hold for long periods of time and they are unsympathetic and nonchalant.... Absolute worst!!!
