The management was horrible. It took one month to repair my ceiling after it caved in and ruined my furniture. I had to call a numerous amount of times to have the project complete.
They turned off the entire complex water for a day. There was a crowd of people at the leasing office the next day, and management seemed to know nothing. After we contacted the police they told us the city turned off the water. After contacting the city we found out that it was not true. It was the management the whole time not telling us the truth. I filed a complaint to my State Representative.
