Okay 1st off I've never lived here and wont either after what I saw last week when I went there to get some info about their apartments. Me and my husband pull up to the office parking lot and we saw about 6 people out front some of them were maint. people (we could tell they had had on uniforms) so as we are getting out of our car we just heard alot of cussing and the this lady started getting into the older guys face( maint. man) then all you see is them fighting in front of the office. Some more people come out of the office and break them up right then we heard the guy that was fighting say Ima shoot that ----- hes goes to his truck so we get back in our car I mean he cant be working here thats what we were hoping. So after a min of no more action we go own up to the office and a lady open the door and we asked her if she worked here and she acted like she didnt wanna say yes so then my husband say well do he work here and she say she dont know but another lady confirms they all work there except the lady in black and white. Now thats not it as we're going back to our car the same man came back towards the office with a huge knife do we ran back to our car thinking what the hell. So you already know we were like this one is off the list so we leaving the complex and look to our right and there was the biggest pile of trash we'd ever seen. Trash was everywhere and people were still adding to it it smelt so bad our window were up and we could still taste it in our mouths. I dont know who told those people thats the way the're supposed to conduct an office but they were told wrong.

I live here! Do not move here! My apt got robbed took them a whole month to fix it! A month I know....they staff and maint.men are lazy. They try to act like these apts are nice they are ok but its not the place I reccommend at all

I WOULD NOT ALLOW MY DOG!!!! TO LIVE IN THOSE APARTMENT,I HAVE SINCED MOVED THANK GOD!!! THEY NEED TO TEAR THEM DOWN AND START OVER AGAIN!!! THE PRICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! THE MAINT. MEN WAS HELPFUL I THINK THAT'S BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO GET WITH YOU, SO IF YOU ARE A MALE RENTING YOU MAY BE IN TROUBLE AS FAR AS MAINT. GET OUT IF YOU ARE THERE GET OUT NOW!!!!

yea this complex is pretty terrible...it wasnt bad when I first moved in, but its gotten pretty horrible since then. Ive been here two years and my building was relatively quiet and clean, but about 6 months after i got in here the community changed, the other residents in my building are filthy alwasy leaving trash and animal droppings outside in the front and in the breeze ways and mait. is not very speed with fixing these things! I call the front office often and they apologize but little is done to change the situation. im getting outta here ASAP! THANK GOD!

oh! my god! i see u all here and now i know i am not alone ,i have been here a year and almost 6months and i have had it!!! since i have moved in here it has been a problem . maint. painted the insde of my sink it peeled and it had sum red stuff in it (nasty right? i know!! and i had a leak under my kitchen sink that was also caving in. i made a big stink ,call, call, and call finally supervisor came look at the issues and then they fixed them. now that was the begining.(oh! and i payed and did my app.2 months ahead almost!!i have been asking for screens for sum my windows since i have been here but i hev not gotten them yet. i have spoke wit coop. office just said i was so tired almost wanted to cry cause it all feel like there is no one to tell or help . but no more i am moving out some where got to get the h-ll out of here. i just want to scream.we are sick more then ever.the whole house get sick more then ever. they dont pick up the trash in the complex like they should, they have two pool areas they only use one of them.oh!let me tell u this maint. came out put up blinds right so he do his thing and it was quick so okay he leaves i go downstairs turn the handle to open my blinds and it starts to fall so i open the other one they fall and then the other one fall !!u talk about somebody fired up ! my boyfriend convince me to stay this long ( dont like moving) but i can not subject my kids nor myself any longer i dont want to be stress any longer and tired of gatherin up at the bus stop with all the other moms and dads (to) talkin about this apt. complex. hey i could go on and on which is what u will be doing if u stay here!!!!!no!! no!! no !! say no!!!

Can someone make a recommendation of where to move to that has comparable rental rates and in the area, but hopefully not the problem you all are experiencing? I'm moving there from out of town in the next couple weeks and looking for a 2 bedroom townhome. This one looked good until I read all of this. Help!!! email Jenneee2008@yahoo.com your suggestions!
