To elaborate on my living experience here. The leasing office changed management so everyone was new. I was moved from one building to another because of a problem (rat no way in hell a squirrel runs around in the wall all night). Since I moved, my rental agreement with my old apartment was no longer valid. The old leasing office management nor did the new inform me of this until time for me to renew my lease. Isn't that a great way to treat a valued resident that was never late with rent nor caused any problems on the property or to other people on the property. Everything went down hill after that. Three months after moving, I was informed that I didn't pay rent early in the year. That's not all, I was told rent was received but I had to prove it was my mine. If I couldn't prove it (which I did mad as hell, but I porved it), I would owe extra money including late fees. Now that made me wonder, if you have money on the books already, what are you going to do with extra money' There's more, I was also accused of not paying my water bill and not signing up with the correct energy provider. The situation was solved by me being kicked off the property after I wrote numerous letters, and made numerous phone calls to the corporate office in Atlanta, Ga, Denver, Co and the CEO of Aimco properties. Now what's that about you wanting to stay at the Weatherly again. The entire time this matter was taking place, the leasing manager, treated me like I was trying to get over on the company. I thougt apartment communities wanted people on the property that paid their rent, not this place. All they wanted was to scam me out of money. I wouldn't back down so they kicked me off the property. That's right, I was not given the oppertunity to sign a new lease after I wrote letters about this situation. Still want to live there' email me for more don_espinoso@yahoo.com P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

I have a rat in my wall. I can hear him running around in there right now. The noise has gotten so bad that I don't even sit on my couch next to the wall anymore. The noise is so freakin loud that the woman below me thinks that I bang on the walls and makes complaints to the front office.
