I lived in Weatherly for 2 years. The people behind me (Dekalb Tech. students) played their music all the time and I had to contact the leasing office 3 times. After the complaints, all my neighbors got was a letter. Then, after they would play loud music through the night I ended up getting the police involved.

Also, since the hurricanes recently water had been leaking in my apartment near the window. Maintenance came out and said that they could not fix it until the rain stopped. Even then, no one came back to my apartment.

The management is unexperienced and my gas service has been changed between companies 3 times without me knowing it.

I wouldn't recommend this community to anyone!
