Firstly

I have lived there for three years yes and I won't be renewing my lease.

Management are absolutely rude and speak to you like you are a child. They smile when they first meet you but don't be fooled. They send useless notice to residents about them being lazy and they are the law. They badge into your apartments because the manager thinks she owns the place. The assitant Manager Terri is rude. You are in for an unpleasant surprise with the ants ants ants ants. OMG ANTS from no where and when you discuss that with management they basically imply that you are nasty! The maintenance guys not all just the older one gossips with your neighbours abour whats in your apartement, The apartment is so thin you can hear some walking, people having sex, babies crying, people talking on their phone like they were right next to you! The managment though will harass you if are a new tenant and someone has filed a complaint. There is hadly any space to store anything. Too expensive and parking spaces are limited especially when residents don't park properly and management won't address that. You can smell scents like marijuana because the ventilation in here is not the best and it filters from your neighbours apartment into yours. The pool well if you aren't a teenager you won't enjoy it. The children are loud in the mornings when going to school fighting cursing. I believe its rather safe because the police have been in here a few times but I could be biased because I live between three dekalb county police so my building is rather safe...lol Don't waste your time do your research!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I Moved her in Nov 2007 and I will not renew my lease. Management doesnt care about anything you try to tell them. When I moved him my neighbors smoked day in and day out. I could smell it through my walls. The ants OMG are horrible. they come out of no where. I have a small child, and he has suffered from bites from them. I woke you one morning and his back looked as is he was staring in a "when ants attack" movie. I had new neighbor move in, and they brought roaches. I asked that they spray, and they come in and leave a note saying that they have been there, but its like its worst than before. I pled with you DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL BE VERY VERY UPSET THAT YOU DID. I havent had a problem with Terri who is the manager, but Lisa acts as if she is the Head sister in charge and has a bad mouth piece on her. I love the fact that there is Dekalb Police in the complex, but the bugs are horrible. I literlly am fed up with them. They say they come and spray but they don't. If you think im lying look at the curb when you visit the apartment you will see ants everywhere, I mean trails and trails of them, now picture them in you room on your childs bed, in your bed, in the bath room all in the tub and in you kitchen. That is what you are looking forword to. The roach problem is growing worst as well. I find them every where. I constantly spray and spray but they come back. I some with people in other buildings and come to find out they have the same problem. DO NOT MOVE HERE
