Atlanta is beautiful. I am native to this area so you can believe me when I say...DO NOT RENT HERE! Try Gwinnett or Cobb County. This particular area of Atlanta (Stone Mountain) is very dangerous. Crime in this neighborhood is unbelievable. At night, it becomes a drug-dealer's paradise. You can find them at any corner store selling just about anything. The police do not intervene. Prostitution, drug addicted persons roam the streets. The police (DeKalb County) response is very slow! The slow response should be considered lucky...that they even showed up! The operator for DeKalb determine if your situation is emergency enough to send an officer. (No Joke) They suggest you make a report over the phone!

Wynview Management ( Corp:Harbour Management)are very unprofessional...slack best describes thier work ethic. Maintenance request are not properly or expeditiously followed through. Maintenance crew are not trained, they are NOT knowledgeable on basic repair. When they do show up...they find the cheapest and quickest way to "jerry-rig" what ever needs repair. It is horrible. I would not recommend this apartment complex or area to anyone. On a scale of 1 to 10. I rate this a -10!! Yes, it IS that bad!

The school system is horrible, the kids use old Apple computers while the teachers use Gateways. Now I KNOW WHERE THE LOTTERY MONEY IS GOING! They are over-crowed and under-staffed. The children seem to be unsupervised and very rowdy infront of the school during the late afternoon release.

Worst of all reveiwing the GA state sexual offender's registry for this area....should scare any single woman or mother away in half a breath. See it for yourself. www.dekalbsheriff.org use your find option to search the street names! It is scary!!!
