Formerly known as Englewood Apts. Changing the name to Wynview made no diference what-so-ever. I lived in the neighborhood for a long time (no choice) then I GOT EDUCATED AND GOT A REAL JOB and bought a HOUSE! NO ONE would know all of this unless they lived there and watched it happen. I grew up in Stone Mountain...it's a shame to see it die in the way it did!

MANAGEMENT:
- unprofessional/rude
- horrible clerical skills/recordkeeping
- concerns lie in getting thier rent paid than in renter's well-being
- Allow ILLEGAL Aliens to occupy apartments
- ALLOW MULTIPLE people in ONE unit (16 in a three bedroom flat!)

REPAIRS:
- Lose every request walked/called in
- Must follow-up more than a dozen times on one request
- UNTRAINED maintenance crew (half-assed and Jerry-Rigged repairs)infamous excuse used: "it's being ordered."

OVER-ALL/ OUTSIDE APPEARANCE:
- DIRTY, Trash strewn everywhere.
- The old building are still there (1978)..they just laid VINYL siding on them...ROACHES infest each building!! Buildings are not structurally sound - support beams in roof up to 6 inches apart, ceiling sheetrock failing, Over-flowing-sewage back up in several unit..carpet NEVER replaced/just steamed cleaned....I have been electrically shocked numerous times at the kitchen sink, electrical issues/crossed wires, windows do not open...door frames unsecure, have been kicked in (DRUG RAIDS - STRONG ARM CRIME)

CRIME:
- Drug Dealers GALORE living in the complex/ surrounding area
- Undocumented ILLEGAL aliens
- Large list of SEXUAL OFFENDERS within complex and approx mile from complex
- FREQUENT rapid gun fire
- Poilce response ...lucky if they even show up 1/2 the time
- Breaking and Entering CARS ON SITE
- LIGHTING - no area well lit...lights always going out.
- Crack heads wondering up to you in the parking lot begging for money..or knocking at your door at 3 AM trying to sell you a box of steak...no joke!

SHOPPING:
- Ghetto/ Off brand...flea market clothes
- Cheap furniture
- Restaraunts are disgusting...health scores ALL LOW...Memorial Drive/ N. Hairston Drive restaraunts ALL featured on WGNA 46 as FILTHY ..rodent infested disease palaces!

SCHOOLS:
- ALL FALL IN TITLE 1 ...No Child Left Behind...tagged as failing schools.
- Weapons and Drugs ...violence a daily event in Middle and High School.


After all this.........and you are still thinking about moving into this place...I'd say you weren't the brightest star in the sky! But may I suggest you buy a hell-of-a RENTER'S insurance policy...a gun, a big dog, car alarm, and consider home school for your kids.
