The apartments were nice and spacious. The maintenance and management were horrendous. On the day of move in we found taht there were NO light fixtures in the apartment. We were told we had to provide our own, but that maintenance would be gracious enough to put them up. After having lived there a month, we bagan to have problems. The sink leaked like a sieve, we reported it multiple times to no avail. The floor in the kitchen had linoleum that had been patched poorly so it was pulling up. The door knobs on most doors had the plates come off... Management was four times worse than maintenance!!! We had to pay a deposit, the deposit was NEVER deposited. It was written of our old account before we had moved here so closed the account after a couple months living here (or so we thought) till move out time. The month before move out, we get a list of itemized charges. So we pay our last months rent. (was a partial month based on our contract) Get this! The rent check was NEVER deposited! Instead the new Asst Mgr sends us a nasty letter we owed full months rent, yet our lease clearly stated our last month was a partial month. In the end, they "lost" the last rent check we gave them!! Expecting another and having NO idea what happened to the last one. Management agreed to take it out of the deposit after finally tracking someone down to talk to. Then we get a letter we never paid deposit and owed more money for charges not listed during our walk thru!! Turns out they lost the deposit check!!! Never deposited it, we call our old bank, sure enough, we still had a balance!! Which was exactly the amount of the deposit! I not only recommend you go elsewhere, but elsewhere fast! This place is horrible, not once did I ever get to speak to the manager, even after repeatedly requesting to speak to her (always gone) I can understand why, I imagine she would hear nothing but complaints...
