I have lived here for a while. I haven?t had any problems the first 2 years of living here but after the management went thru a change. I have started to notice a few problems. taking forever for service. example: our pipe stopped up on the water heater. and was actually leaking into our coat closet and the attached computer room. they took a few days to get around to fixing that.. then didn?t even bother to fix the carpeting or touch up the paint from water damage. after we had to call them to fix that. the pipe has clogged again 3 times since they fixed it the first time. the handy disposals for dog waste which are placed around the community.. are constantly over flowing and stink.
