We've lived here roughly two years and i can't complain about management or maintenence. Ok so yer towel rack is lose, buy a screw driver. I mean get REAL... when you own a house who do you call to change the filter, tighten the door hinge, or stop the squeak? Ever heard of W-D 40? That mentality is what sucks about the people who live here. Yea so parkings bad, i get home in the middle of the night and park a mile a away so i don't have to squeeze where two morons have hugged the line. Then I walk my dog through a mine field of dog crap. Hello, I pick up mine, could someone at least try to pick up after thier pets. Oh wait i'm talking about some people who can't even use a leash, then get mad at me for thier dog confronting mine that's on a choke chain.
Yeah, then there is some people that think that they live in a house. Lemme explain, I said before that I get home late a night, right. If I don't tiptoe around I get a noise complaint. We all live in the same place and pay the same rent, RIGHT? Then why is a certain patch of grass claimed by someone?(that's a longer story) I don't understand why they person thinks he is better than me, that he owns the grass and not me too! Anywayz, how bout a front gate? Sounds nice, help keep people out that don't belong in here. Is that why there is always someone riding my bumper when I come through the gate? I bet they can't get into Sugarloaf, St. Ives like that.
OK so not everyone in here is a loser. There is a small number of people that wave and smile and make small talk with us... Those people are good neighbors to have.
They don't pull up to the mail boxes and cover three spots, and block me in. They clean up after thier pets too!
And again management is great, i've never had a problem. But I hate to say it, I cannot wait to get out of here for good!!!
