Don't waste your money

Years at this apartment: 2000-01-01 - 2001-01-01

Way over priced for the poor service received by the management and front office. Many maintenance requests were ignored. Several times had to notify Lake Lanier office of Caswyck in order to get maintenance done by Caswyck McGinnis.
No benefit to pay Caswyck more money for less or equal service by other apartment complexes.
