Great floorplan, 9" ceilings, good use of space AND a separate computer room! Problems with leaking pipes that took several visits to resolve and to repair resultant damage to walls and ceiling. Fluorescent light fixture that needed a $2 starter was not repaired for 5 months! The complex was touted as a gated community but the gates were very often left open allowing free flow of outside traffic. Security alarm silently sent an emergency call to local police on two occasions resulting in surprise visits even though we were at home and the alarm was not set. Weatherstripping around outside doors did not seal the doors; this problem was never resolved. The closet housing the furnace and water heater is locked with a keyed deadbolt which means one cannot adjust hot water temperature and more importantly one cannot replace the standard filter with an electrostatic filter. Some residents did repair work on motorcycles in their garages even though it was forbidden in the lease. Pet owners allowed their dogs to relieve themselves all over the property and rarely cleaned up after the animals which made outside decks unusable at times because of the smell. Numerous complaints about the animals yielded no change in animal owner's behaviour. Office personnel do not follow up on problems nor do they appear to communicate amongst themselves unless the problem is related to money. The bottom line' Great, well appointed structure with unacceptable levels of service when problems arise.
