Everthing that may have been good about the property being sold has gone. Caswyck did do anything to keep residents in the community before it sold. They had to keep the numbers high enough so someone would buy the place.
The prices have increased alot since Amli has bought the place. Just wait until you need to renew. They are going to ask you to pay those increased prices.
I agree with the comments people have made concerning the management not having any idea how to run a successful business. When you go to the office with an issue they seem to have the answers, however they never come through. I'm very disappointed with the management office and I have voiced this to the office. I hope things change b/c I dont think I can put up with the constant unprofessional service.
