prices have increased since they were sold - Everthing that may have been good about the property being sold has gone. Caswyck did do anything to keep residents in the community before it sold. They had to keep the numbers high enough so someone would buy the place.
The prices have increased alot since Amli has bought the place. Just wait until you need to renew. They are going to ask you to pay those increased prices.
