Like someone said earlier, this place was great when Post was in control, but when barrington took over, it ALL went down hills. We renewed the lease with barrington, and the rent is 540/month (1br), but the "market" rent is 717, and if you are late or bounce checks, you'll have to pay market rent with late fees, water fees, etc, about 300 more. Their gates are constantly broken, when Post was here, the gates were fixed within the same day. Mold is a HUGE problem on the ground floor, and they sent out a letter stating that they will NOT be able to fix any mold problems. In addition, when we were suppose to get our free carpet cleaning with lease renew, they did not clean it, and now they charged us for the carpet being dirty. It was a great place as Post Chase, it really went down hills as barrington chase
