Somebody once said that on these reviews normally people write the horror never the good...so here goes. Barrington Chase is not a bad place to live for the price. The staff is nice, the maintenance came quickly, the apt community is quiet (at least in the back), my water bill stays the same,the gym is nice, the police patrol the community, and my neighbors are nice. we live here because of the short commute to le cordon bleu plus other students live here. Some of the negatives...the visitor box causes a back-up at the gate, the appliancs are outdated but they work and are clean, the apt walls are thin, so u have to be able to ignore some noises, the dryers don't work well and the whole laundry is overpriced (go to the mats down the street). we're moving because we now need a 3 bedroom, but it's not bad to live here!
