When I first moved in here (Post Chase) it was very quiet and I had no issues with bugs or any drama with neighbors. Then the property was sold 2 and 3 times, and it just went downhill from there. Loud ghetto neighbors, kids in the street all the time--mostly the bad kids that walk right in front of your car on purpose, and the maintenance service was horrible. My overhead kitchen light went out and it took them 4 days and 3 phone calls for them to come and fix it. I dreaded having to drop the rent off every month because for some reason, they had to plaster over the rent drop box!! Sheesh. I paid a lot of money to move in here years ago, and now they just let anyone in. So glad I left

it was bad. i stopped by here to tour the apartments while out searching for homes for rent in the area. there was garbage smelling time we drove through the gates and there were rat droppings in the model unit. i didn't even need to see anymore and im scared of rats so i flew out of there! an ant problem is bad to deal w/. roaches are worse. but rats?! heck no. not for a day
