A great place to live, the best apartment Ive had living in georgia.
The office staff is very helpful, especially manager.
ex.
noise complaint for a very loud neighbor(normally you do not have a problem with hearing your neighbors but these(new) people had the music up loud w/bass, and a screaming, running, jumping, bumping, falling down on the floor child till 12am)called office they said they would write up a general noise complaint letter and see what happened.
They do not disclose where complaint came from.
On the weekend you can barely tell its the weekend, very peaceful.Several Dekalb County police officers who live on grounds.
The thing I appreciate the most is they give you several warnings but if you do not comply after the 3rd warning the person is in risk of being evicted.
So they do not tolerate with problem tenants.
They are well kept and spacious for the amount of rent paid.
They also do not allow children to run around freely if they do the parents are notified and held responsible.
On site free car wash and vaccum.

I'VE BEEN LIVING AT DUPONT FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS. YOU COULD NOT PAY ME TO MOVE OUT UNLESS, I WAS BUYING A HOUSE. I LOVE IT AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LISTEN TO NO COMPLAINTS,KIDS,DOGS, OR NOTHING ELSE. STAFF IS WONDERFUL IF THEY SEE YOU OUT THEY SPEAK AND ASK IF EVERYTHING IS OKAY. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT ON MAINTENCE TO COME WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY COME THE SAME DAY OR THE NEXT DAY. YOU KNOW EVERYBODY BY THEIR NAMES AND THEY KNOW YOU TO. THE DOG OWNERS PICK UP THEIR S---. ASIA,CHRIS,RODNEY,SEAN WILL MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. IF YOU NEED TO LIVE ANYWHERE GO TO DUPONT PLACE APARTMENTS.
