Well....where exactly do I begin'!!! I had the pleasure of residing at Dupont for over 2 years. I always paid my rent on time and stayed to myself I inititally loved the overpriced apartment until I had a neigbor disturbing my peace. The managment staff was mediocre. They do their job for the most part. I didn't have a problem, until I started having problems with one of my psycho male neighbors...he was this huge crazy, nosy guy, that was always in everybodies business. His name is John and he is super CRAZY!!! So, if you live anywhere in the vicninty of him...MOVE ASAP!!! The managment team will not be of much help with his craziness, because they are probably scared of him as well!!! Let's just say I had to get my lawyer involved to get out of their lease because I did not feel safe, due to the outrageous antics of this crazy neighbor. I tried to get help and support from the corporate office as well, but they have no contact phone number, you have to put everything in writing and then they don't even have the customer service skills or decency to respond. Gigi Knox from corporate is the ultimate -----!!! She is going to cause them a HUGE lawsuit one fo these days for her sneaky underhanded against the law dealings!!! Also, I had a noisy young couple above me that was always having loud parties and vandalizing peoples doors...MANAGEMENT DID NOTHING!!! They are probably still living there in building 5. I could go on and on forever, but I do not want to waste any more of my time or energy on these incompetent shady people! Bottom line...all that appears well is not well...I do not recommend anyone moving there and its' sad because they are fairly decent apartments.
