I absolutely love Five Oaks! The facilities are exceptional (club house, pool, workout facility, laundry). I live on the first floor of a 4 level building and the residents above me are very noisy, but overall I still enjoy living here. The office staff is very professional and understanding (May, Rashid, Conrad, Renee and Iceland) I respect them all! The referral rate is excellent ($700) and the residents are friendly. The gates are always working, they offer to pick up your trash, cleaning service for your apartment and dry cleaning. Every two weeks the staff will have a chef that makes an excellent brunch! Just an outstanding community. My lease is due to expire next March and I'm preparing to buy a house. However, Five Oaks will make you think twice about it!
