Nice apartments but would not recommend

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007

If you have no problem with the traffic in and out at all times of the night this is the place for you. If you have no problem living in a dorm room type of environment this is the place for you. A large percentage of the residents living here are on reduced rent from the culinary school and the technical instiute in the area. They do value the community the way that the residents who are paying the full amount of the rent. Huge ant problem.
