Please Be Careful! Especially if you value your safety! I recently moved from this complex because it was so bad! It is a shame because the apartments are very beautiful.
I cannot count the number of times that the police came out when I lived here.
Do your research! Find out about the crime before you move.
Don't ask the leasing office, find out on your own.
The alarm is not enough! I wish I had known.
Also, as someone mentioned there is a bunch of young college students who are very loud.

Five Oaks is a dump. A lot of the residents are students from the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School. For the most part, they are rude, loud, trashy and disgusting. I've reported the ones in my building serveral times and ------ does NOTHING. Additionally, the breezeways are nasty and the property is full of litter. Don't waste you time calling the courtesey officers because they never response to the AMPLE noise.
