Don't move here.
The crime is unbelieveable and the whooping & hollering makes you think you're in a ghetto.
Thiefts, breakins, shootings and what have you are not mentioned when you move in.

I can't believe what I'm reading! Their is no unbelievable crime here, where are you people from? There are some issues from time to time but nothing major! And the place is very well kept and clean, the grounds are beautiful. I guess everybody has their own opinion, which are very subjective!

Again, another bogus response from the management team to help with damage control. There is trash all over the property. There are paper plates, candy paper, beer cans, bags from restaurants, condom papers, hair weave and rotten food EVERYWHERE. Five Oaks is one of the trashiest, dangerous places to live in Tucker. Those who believe otherwise, simply doesn't know better.

I have been here for two years (and I am considerng renewing my lease for the second time). What "Hate It Here" has posted in not true! At all. I am a single woman. I live alone with my dog AND I come and go at night (I am a night auditor for the doubletree) and I have never, never had- heard of- nor seen any of the above mentioned problems. There have been a few break-ins but I repeat A FEW. I have been here 22 months and can count on one hand how many times we have received notices of breakins. Most of them were more common around the winter months near the holidays- which is to be expected. The grounds are well kept. Maintainence is quick to respond with the longest period that I have ever had to wait to have an issue resolved being one day and that was because it was a saturday and I had to wait until monday. The apartments are safe. If you are not the type to have traffic in and out of your apartment and you watch the company you keep you will be fine.
